Standard Orders
All standard orders will be processed within 3-7 business days. Orders that include customization / personalization will require a longer processing time. You will receive an email from us once your order is confirmed.Â
If you are placing a large order (for customized / personalised items), please kindly contact us at hello@greetandgift.com.sg or whatsapp us at +65-88995313 to check on the processing time before placing the order. You can also place an order earlier in advance and drop us an email or whatsapp to arrange for a later date for us to dispatch the items.
All orders will be dispatched from Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays. If you have placed an order with us on Friday, the earliest dispatch day will be on the following Monday. You will receive another email from us with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.Â
Delivery within Singapore
All standard couriers will be charged at a flat rate of SGD$5 per order. We will waive off delivery fees for all orders above SGD$80. Standard courier will take about 2-3 business days to deliver.

There will be an additional $10 charge for delivery to Jurong Island, Tuas, & Sentosa.
We are not responsible for any delay on 3rd party courier delivery as it is not within our control. However, we will try our best to reach out to our courier partners to resolve the issue with you and the courier partners.Â
Please note Greet And Greet do not offer PO Box delivery, as a signature is required upon delivery.Â

Unsuccessful delivery
We know mistakes happen, but in the event of you accidentally supplying a wrong delivery address, we will do our utmost effort to change this if the item has yet to be dispatched. If however, a wrong delivery address has been supplied and the item gets sent back to us, we will have to charge a re-shipping fee of SG$10 for each additional attempt. This also applies if we ship to the hospital and the patient has already been discharged.
Self-Collection:
Self-collection is available at Nordcom II, Tower 1 only. Please contact us at +65-88995313 before placing your order.
